November 15, 2010 - The United Nations Democracy Fund will open its window for new project proposals from civil society on 15 November to 31 December. The call for applications follows the approval by the UNDEF Advisory Board for a Fifth Round of Funding.

November 9, 2010 - Minority Rights Group International will present the Minority Voices Young Journalist Award to one outstanding young journalist wanting to highlight within the European media the issues facing minority and indigenous communities in the global south.

November 04, 2010 - The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) is accepting original articles and other submissions (book reviews, interviews with key figures and conference reports) for its Roma Rights journal from a broad range of disciplines addressing the topic: Roma and Politics: A chance for change? Full articles must be submitted to the ERRC by 20 February 2011.

November 02, 2010 - The UK Department for International Development (DFID) announced the launch of the Global Poverty Action Fund (GPAF), which is a demand-led fund to support projects focused on service delivery in support of poverty reduction and the most off-track Millennium Development Goals (MDG) in poor countries. The deadline to apply is 14 December 2010.

The European Roma and Travellers Forum (ERTF) invites applicants for a Communications and PR Officer in Strasbourg from October 2010 until October 2011 (with a possibility for extension).

The REF is seeking a Financial Assistant to its office in Budapest, Hungary for one year period replacing the current Financial Assistant during her maternity leave. The Financial Assistant will work closely with the Financial and Administrative Manager of REF and thus, provide support to the operation of the office. Application deadline: July 5, 2010.

The three-year English-taught Joint PhD Programme in Diversity Management and Governance offers specialized interdisciplinary and comparative academic training in the study of various forms of diversity, be it ethnic, cultural, linguistic, regional, religious, social or sexual, and its management.
